Open position(s):
The Vlasits Lab seeks Masters students in Computer Science or Bioinformatics for projects to model neuronal circuit function in the retina. Interested candidates should email Anna Vlasits with their CV and a short email explaining their background and interest in the work.

PhD students are supported through UIC's GEMS, GPN, and MSTP programs. We are affiliated with the Dept. of Anatomy & Cell Biology, the Dept. of Psychology and Biological Sciences. The lab may also accept rotation students through additional affiliations - get in touch with Prof. Vlasits to discuss.
Undergraduates interested in research experience may contact Prof. Vlasits with a resume and a one paragraph email explaining why you are interested in the research in our lab. We expect a commitment of at least one year.
